PROJECT 2
We have completed several microgrids that are islanded where they are totally cut off from the grid. Using solar power, wind turbines and thermal energy we are able to generate electricity and connect to the facility electrical system. For the solar panels or PV (Photovoltaic) System we convert the DC (Direct Current) into AC which can be used at house voltages of 240V-120V single phase or commercial buildings at 208V and 480/277V for 3 phase motor loads and single phase lighting loads. We have also integrated the BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) used as a source at night when solar is not generating. Lastly we were able to integrate with the local Utility to sell back power to the electric Grid thus making the system as an Energy as a Service where it pays for itself over the years. Lastly our projects are more sustainable and able to reduce our carbon foot print.
